We are looking to hire Senior Odoo Developer that would like to establish himself in a progressive and challenging environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Design, development, and implementation of advanced Odoo modules and customizations
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions
  • Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain high coding standards
  • Develop and maintain APIs and third-party integrations
  • Optimize database queries and application performance
  • Manage deployment processes and version control 
  • Stay updated on Odoo updates, community contributions, and industry trends
  • Willing to work onsite in Cilincing, North Jakarta 

Must Have

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience developing in Odoo (v12 and above), experience in logistics company is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Python, Odoo ORM, and Odoo framework architecture
  • Strong experience with PostgreSQL, database tuning, and performance optimization
  • Proficient in frontend technologies (JavaScript, XML, QWeb, HTML/CSS)
  • Familiarity with Odoo.sh and Git
  • Experience integrating Odoo with external services via REST/SOAP APIs 
  • Proven track record of delivering complex Odoo projects end-to-end 
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills 
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities 
  • Shalat 5 times a day

Nice to have

  • Experience with Odoo Enterprise or multi-company setups
  • Contributions to the Odoo Community or open-source projects
  • Knowledge of Docker and Linux server environments
